Terms of service

1. The service. CompromessoCheck provides automated, AI-generated informational analysis of Italian real estate documents. Each purchase covers one analysis of one uploaded document.

2. Not legal advice. The reports are educational information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created. Always verify important matters with a notary or an independent lawyer before signing anything.

3. Accuracy. We build the analysis on the actual text of your document and flag uncertainty where it exists, but automated analysis can contain errors or omissions. You remain responsible for your decisions.

4. Refunds. If the analysis fails, if your document was unreadable, or if you believe the report missed something material, contact support@example.com within 14 days: we will re-run the analysis or refund you, whichever you prefer.

5. Acceptable use. Upload only documents you are entitled to share. Do not use the service to analyze documents for resale of the output as professional advice.

6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
