Privacy policy

Who is responsible. The data controller is CompromessoCheck, operated by an Italian sole trader. Contact for all privacy matters: support@compromessocheck.com (full legal identification available on request and provided in every invoice).

What we collect. Your email address, the document you upload, and payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never see or store your card details).

Legal bases (GDPR). Performance of the contract for the analysis you purchase (art. 6.1.b); your consent for the newsletter and free downloads (art. 6.1.a, withdrawable anytime); legitimate interest for service security and fraud prevention (art. 6.1.f).

International transfers. The AI analysis is performed by Anthropic (USA) under standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards; your document is processed for the single analysis and not used to train models.

What happens to your document. It is transmitted encrypted, used solely to generate your report, and deleted from our storage immediately after the analysis completes. It is not used to train any AI model.

What we keep. The generated report (so your private link keeps working) and your email (to deliver the link). You can request deletion of both at any time by writing to support@compromessocheck.com.

Processors. Our payment provider (payments and, where applicable, merchant-of-record services), Vercel (hosting and temporary file storage), Anthropic (AI analysis), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.

Your rights (GDPR). Access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection. Write to support@compromessocheck.com and we will act within 30 days.

Cookies. No advertising or profiling cookies. Only what is technically necessary to run the service.
